Eagle Bitcoin ATMs are physical machines located in businesses that allow you to buy or sell bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies with cash.

To buy crypto, select the currency you'd like to purchase on the screen, and then press "BUY". From there, scan your wallets QR code using the ATM's scanner, and insert notes until you've reached the exact amount of crypto you want to purchase. Then hit the "Buy Bitcoin" or "Buy Altcoins" button on the bottom right of the screen and you're all done! The transaction will broadcast on the network and you'll see the crypto arrive in your wallet shortly.

To sell crypto, press the BTC or altcoin button on the screen, and then press "SELL". Select how much cash you want to withdraw. The machine will print a redeemable voucher with a public key QR code on it, and will also tell you how much crypto you'll need to send to that address. Be sure to send the EXACT amount of crypto. Once your transaction is sent, you'll need to wait for 1 network confirmation before you can withdraw your cash. When it confirms, go back to the terminal and select the "Redeem Ticket" button, then scan your voucher to dispense your cash!

Yes. Registration is required for us to be able to offer these services. Just be sure to bring your ID along with you when you attend the ATM and the simple verification process only takes a few minutes to complete.

If you'd like to complete the registration ahead of time just send us an email and we'll help you get it sorted.

The minimum buy and sell amount is $10.
The maximum buy amount is $5000 per day, with a limit of $20,000 per week.
The maximum sell amount is $2000 per day, with a limit of $10,000 per week.

The price shown on the ATM at the time of purchase is the complete price. There are no other fees or charges.

Eagle Bitcoin ATMs accept all Australian banknotes. Please do not insert any damaged notes into the machine as this may cause issues.

It is not possible to offer refunds. Since Bitcoin is a bearer asset, transactions cannot be reversed like regular bank transactions.
Once the payment is sent the transaction is final.

Please only send your Bitcoin directly to a wallet you control. Once you have taken possession of your BTC you can do with it as you please.
